This venture mainly focuses in the completing and expanding the operations of Redecan Pharm, one Canada's 20 Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).With this, the purchase is said to be a critical step for Alta Vista to become a significant player in the Canada's medical marijuana marketplace.

Since its establishment, Jacob Capital Management Inc. has been moving forward. Now being one of the top pioneer in the investment banking industry, the firm together with founder and CEO Sasha Jacob will continue towards the front line.
